In order to process the police clearance you will need the following:

  1. You will need to visit you local Police Station and make a Police Clearance booking. (Each Police Station has different available dates)
  2. Complete the Application form and Fingerprints (R160 payable in Cash at Police Station)
  3. Documents required for submission:
    • Police Clearance Application Form (Please leave the Applicant Contact number and Courier Section Blank)
    • 91A Fingerprints Form
    • Receipt of payment – Revert to number 2.
    • Certified Color Copy of Passport
    • Certified Color Copy of ID

After you make payment, we take care of the rest. Here’s what you can expect:

  1. We’ll send a courier to collect the forms: Once you’ve made a payment, send us the address where you wish the documents to be collected to admin@visapal.co.za or contact +272 120 66091. A Visapal representative will contact you to confirm if you have all the required documents and to confirm the collection address. Then, a courier will collect your documents for delivery to VisaPal offices.
  2. We’ll process and follow up for you: Once we have received all the necessary documents, we’ll handle all the processing and follow-ups for you.
    Our team will check everything and process your Police Clearance application on your behalf.
  3. Door to door delivery: We’ll also handle door-to-door delivery, ensuring your Police Clearance certificate is delivered directly to your preferred address.

Please note that we may take up to 45 business days to complete the entire process, but a VisaPal agent will keep you updated on the progress.
