Thank you for your payment! You’re one step closer to obtaining your Police Clearance certificate.
Here’s what you need to do next (if you haven’t already):
- Visit your local Police Station and make a Police Clearance booking. Each Police Station has different available dates.
- Complete the Police Clearance Application Form (Please leave the Applicant Contact number and Courier Section Blank)
- Fingerprints (91A Form)
- Please ensure that you have the following documents ready:
- Certified Color Copy of Passport
- Certified Color Copy of ID
Once you’ve completed the application form and fingerprints, please send us the address where you wish the documents to be collected to admin@visapal.co.za or contact +27212066091.
A VisaPal representative will contact you to confirm if you have all the required documents and to confirm the collection address. Then, a courier will collect your documents for delivery to VisaPal offices.
Our team will take care of the rest! We’ll handle all the processing and follow-ups for you, ensuring that you receive your Police Clearance certificate as soon as possible.
Please note that the entire process may take up to 45 business days. However, we’ll keep you updated on the progress every step of the way.
